Rapid Application Development |
To facilitate faster system development, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology has been introduced in the OGCIO. RAD makes use of computer tools and techniques such as prototyping, time-boxing and iterative development to shorten system delivery time. In addition, RAD encourages user involvement during system development. |
