The Ordinance

Manner, Format and Procedure for Submission of Electronic Information to the Government

Under section 11(2) of the ETO, the Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Communications & Technology) may specify by PDF file format Gazette the manner, format and procedure for submitting information to Government entities in the form of electronic record under various ordinances.
