Terms of reference

The D21SAC has been established on 1 October 2004 to replace the Information Infrastructure Advisory Committee as the highest-level government advisory body on information technology matters. It will advise the Government on the strategies, programmes, and measures for the attainment and furtherance of the goals and objectives set out in its Digital 21 Strategy, the blueprint for information and communications technology development in Hong Kong.
