To coordinate the E-government programme and provide the necessary policy steer including for joined-up and Government-wide initiatives.

To oversee the management of the IT project funding mechanism.

To assist in formulating the policy and strategy for the adoption of Customer Relationship Management technology and principles in E-government projects.

| (e) |
To oversee the benchmarking and marketing of E-government activities and opportunities.
