Main Duties and Responsibilities :

(a)	To oversee the development of GovHK (www.gov.hk), the new one-stop government portal, to improve citizens' access to and encourage take-up of online government information and services.
(b)	To service the E-Government Steering Committee.
(c)	To formulate strategy and policies relating to service channel management in support of e-government development.
