Terms of reference

1. To identify matters of common interest among the relevant industries, user organisations, government bureaux and departments, academia and industry support bodies, and where applicable resolve any identified issues, in order to facilitate the wider adoption of wireless and mobile services and technology (Note 1) in Hong Kong;

2. To formulate an action programme to promote and drive the development and adoption of wireless and mobile services and technology, at both the enterprise and customer levels; and

3. To identify projects to showcase and promote the exemplary use and benefits of wireless and mobile services and technology.
