"IT Easy Link"

"IT Easy Link" is co-organised by the Information Technology and Broadcasting Bureau, Information Technology Services Department and Hong Kong Computer Society. It is a free-of-charge help-desk service providing the public with advice on general problems that they may encounter in using basic IT applications.

The objective of the service is to assist, in a user-friendly manner, members of the community in the use of IT, so as to encourage them to adopt IT, raise their confidence in using IT and promote the wider adoption of IT in the community. This service will help bridge the digital divide and build a digitally inclusive society.

If you encounter problems when using IT, including using personal computer, file management, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and general Internet and e-mail operation, please give them a call at 2111 2232, or by fax (2587 8366) or e-mail (help@iteasylink.org.hk). The service hours are from 9:00 am to midnight daily (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays). The service is free of charge.
