This is a document on Digital Divide published by the then Information Technology Services Department in February 2002. This document describes the situation in Hong Kong and government's programmes to address the Digital Divide issue.

The "ITSD News" is a newsletter of the Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) issued biannually to provide information on its departmental affairs, projects undertaken and staff matters to facilitate internal communications and to enhance the understanding of ITSD by other government bureaux/departments and members of the public.

The Environmental Report 2001 was published by the Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) in June 2002. It sets out the Department's environmental management strategy, as well as its environmental performance and the environmental management measures taken in 2001. The Report also includes ITSD's environmental targets for the year 2002.
