Central Cyber Government Office(CCGO)

Launched in August 2000, CCGO is the Government intranet portal featuring a wealth of information and electronic services to support government employees in their daily operations. At present, over 220 items of information such as circulars, guidelines, statistics and forms are accessible to around 140,000 government employees of all bureaux and departments (B/Ds). A video broadcasting station has been established to allow officers to instantly view important government live events on the CCGO. Archives of broadcasted events are also available in a video library to support video-on-demand.

In addition, the CCGO provides an electronic services platform (eSP) for the conduct of Government-to-Employee (G2E) and Government-to-Government (G2G) transactions within the Government. At present, over 20 G2E/G2G services have been launched onto the eSP. Government employees can access to any of these services through single sign-on.

ePayroll & Benefits System delivered by the Treasury
Civil servants can make online enquiry on their general payroll, personal, appointment, payment-related and housing benefit information from the ePayroll & Benefits system.

e-Leave System delivered by Civil Service Bureau
The e-Leave is to support B/Ds in leave application, processing, calculation, recording and monitoring.

Hong Kong-Macao-Guangdong (GD) information Database delivered by Planning Department
The system provides up-to-date relevant statistical data and reference materials to B/Ds in support of studies related to the developments in Hong Kong-Macao-Guangdong region through an online one-stop environment.

Sample Information Management System delivered by Government Laboratory
The system allows B/Ds to track the examination progress status of their test samples.
