7. Avoid the use of complicated frames

Frames often make the navigation difficult for visually impaired users, as the changes in the frame contents cannot be easily detected.

Suggestion -

To improve accessibility, frames can be given titles to facilitate the frame identification and navigation. Complicated frame structures should be avoided.
