Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) Circulars to Contractors are for general reference by the Government IT contractors. Through these circulars, OGCIO will inform IT contractors of various Government regulations, standards, guidelines and procedures, as well as other pertinent information that are applicable to Government IT contracts in general in respect of the technical aspects.

These circulars aim to facilitate the IT contractors of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to obtain general information in the performance of the IT contracts with the Government. Contractors are advised to bring these circulars to the attention of their staff and sub-contractors.
