Working Group on Enabling Environment for IT Development

Terms of Reference

To examine and advise the IIAC on the following matters -

o development and enhancement of the infrastructure and other measures to facilitate development of IT and e-commerce;

o promotion of greater adoption of IT and e-commerce, particularly amongst small and medium enterprises; and

o measures to support the further development of Hong Kong's IT industry.
