The OGCIO provides a diagnostic service in which the operations of individual departments are studied and appropriate IT solutions are developed and applied.
We pledge to adhere to
o for most services - 95% within the targets normally expressed in terms of maximum turnaround time in working days
o for consultancy, design or implementation services - targets are defined in a work plan which contain work schedules, the timing and the level of client input
o for on-going services - targets for each service are defined in a separate Service Level Document that will be discussed and agreed with the clients

All the performance targets were met in the past year.
Monitoring of Our Pledge
The Government CIO (GCIO) regularly monitors performance against targets.
