To further educate the general public on information security, the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) has published the leaflet "Three Smart Tips to Clean Your PC with Health Check", which explains how to :
o Say No to Virus & Spyware : Install and scan with updated anti-virus and anti-spyware software to protect your computer from virus or malicious code
o Put on Armor of Fire : Install and enable personal firewall to block unwanted traffic
o Seal all Cracks : Apply security patches regularly to eliminate vulnerability
The leaflet also guides you to assess how secure is your PC.
