Chief Systems Manager (Common Services)

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. To coordinate, develop and deploy common, shared and joined-up information technology (IT) applications for adoption by bureaux/departments (B/Ds);
  2. To plan and manage the implementation of the Centrally Managed Messaging Platform;
  3. To develop and maintain secure electronic communications and confidential e-mail services;
  4. To develop and manage the e-business and IT services within the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer;
  5. To develop and review best practices and guides on delivery of IT projects for adoption by B/Ds; and
  6. To provide IT management services for B/Ds without IT Management Unit setup.
