The OGCIO provides a diagnostic service in which the operations of individual departments are studied and appropriate IT solutions are developed and applied. 

We pledge to adhere to  

  • for most services - 95% within the targets normally expressed in terms of maximum turnaround time in working days
  • for consultancy, design or implementation services - targets are defined in a work plan which contain work schedules, the timing and the level of client input
  • for on-going services - targets for each service are defined in a separate Service Level Document that will be discussed and agreed with the clients
