Registration / Information Update Form
The online registration may take around 15-30 minutes to complete depending on the information you are to provide. Form Filling Notes
- The registration and subsequent information update is free of charge. Your company is required to submit one form only for registration of all related IT products and solutions of the company.
- Applicant should complete this online-form for submitting to the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO). For enquiry, please contact us by e-mail.
E-mail address: itss@ogcio.gov.hk - Please complete all information in English, except for "Company Name in Chinese".
- The OGCIO is not obliged to post all the submitted information, and has the sole discretion not to accept the application that is deemed not appropriate.
- Registration does not imply any endorsement, or pre-qualification of a company, its products or services by the Government or that any special consideration would be given in subsequent acquisition of products or services by the Government.
- In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
