FDM trainees and consultants

FDM training

The journey consultants undertake as they launch their careers with FDM. Before joining FDM, candidates go through the different assessment stages of the recruitment process, including online application, telephone interview and assessment centre. Consultants undergo rigorous training across in-demand technologies, in learning environments that are designed to mirror real world business challenges and working practices. Once trained, they will be placed on-site with one or more of FDM’s clients for a minimum of two years. After two years, consultants have the option to transition to a permanent position with the client, continue their career with FDM or explore other opportunities.

FDM is an award-winning IT graduate employer. They partner with universities offering real-world insights into a career in business and IT.
FDM is the market leader in the Recruit, Train and Deploy industry, placing IT and business professionals with clients across a number of sectors. FDM works in partnership with clients to fill specialty skills gaps within their teams, building their talent pipeline for the future.

To support the Hong Kong community in developing an interest in technology, FDM will periodically organise a Tech Week. FDM Tech Week consists of consecutive virtual tech training sessions to help students across APAC learn more about technology and the many opportunities available within the tech industry. Activities may include: learn your first coding language, build your first website and show you how powerful data, robotics and AI can be.
