25th Joint School Electronics and Computer Exhibition

The Hong Kong Joint School Electronics and Computer Society (JSECS) is a non-profit student organisation established in 1979 that aims at arousing students’ interest in the aspects of electronics and computer. One of the main activities is the annual Joint School Electronics and Computer Exhibition (JSECE) which inspires students and the public to understand the importance of the application of electronics and computer in Hong Kong.
The 2014 JSECE "From Notion to Fruition" was held on 25 August at Dragon Centre. The exhibition featured on showcasing the winning entries and award presentation ceremony of the Hong Kong Outstanding IT School Award (HKOITSA) competition and Inter-schools microfilm competition.
The OGCIO set up a booth to display information on IT industry and related statistics so as to enable students to better understand the industry and illustrate the importance of IT industry to the overall economic development in Hong Kong.
