Study on ICT Adoption in Hong Kong SMEs

In 2009, Office of the Government Chief Information Officer conducted a "Study on Information and Communications Technology Adoption in Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises". The study aims at providing a better understanding of the extent of ICT adoption in Hong Kong SMEs, and the barriers and motivators for ICT adoption in SMEs. It also provides recommendations to the Government to encourage SMEs to use ICT.
