Land Transport

The project developed a fleet management system for NGO to manage their vehicles for the elderly and people with disabilities.

The objectives of the project were:

1. To reduce passenger waiting time at roadside by instant messaging;
2. To enhance communication among drivers, vehicle control centre and passengers with mobile technology;
3. To enhance passenger tracking for relieving worry of their family; and
4. To enhance operational efficiency by conveying order changes and order completion instantly with mobile technology
