Digital Inclusion Mobile Apps
In 2012-16, the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer has launched three rounds of the funding scheme to provide funding support for non-profit social service organisations to develop 17 mobile apps that cater for the needs of underprivileged groups for free use. The funding scheme has been subsumed under the Innovation and Technology Fund for Better Living (FBL) since 2017, which will continue to support relevant organisations in developing digital inclusion mobile apps.
