Subsidiary Legislation Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance ("ETO")

1. Electronic Transactions (Fees) Regulation (Cap. 553A)
   This regulation sets out the fees of various applications under the ETO.
   
   
2. Electronic Transactions (Exclusion) Order (Cap. 553B)
   Under section 11(1) of the ETO, the Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry may by Gazette specifies the ordinances that are excluded from the application of sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the ETO because of operational, technological, solemnity or other reasons.
