12:00 noon on 6 June 2024 (Thursday) In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the invitation closing date, the invitation closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force. All time references are Hong Kong time. |
| Submission of Proposals: |
Interested parties who wish to respond to this invitation should prepare a submission in English together with their selected venues in accordance with the format at Annex A and B of the invitation document. Submission in hardcopy (two copies) and softcopy (two copies in two CD-ROMs/DVD-ROMs/USB flash drives) should be placed in a plain sealed envelope marked “Submission for Invitation for Proposal on Provision of Wi-Fi Services at Government Venues under Public-Private Collaboration Arrangement” and delivered to the following address no later than 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 6 June 2024. Site Visits: |
Site visits to the Government Venues will be arranged from 29 April 2024 to 31 May 2024. Interested SPs wishing to join any site visits should complete the Annex D of the invitation document and return by email to ppcwifi@ogcio.gov.hk on or before 24 May 2024.
