Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and analyse user requirements and identify solutions of Mobile and Web portal application systems.
- Collect and translate business requirements into system functions / configuration requirements specification.
- Evaluate feasibility and resource requirements for system enhancement.
- Participate in the Mobile and Web Portal related design (including solution design and user experience design), programming, testing, end-user training and documentation.
- Provide system maintenance support for Mobile and Web Portal application systems.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and vendors teams to ensure adequate understanding of business requirements, and follow up during and after the software development cycle to ensure applications developed are able to meet the business requirements.
Job Requirement
- A recognised University degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. Business Analyst certification from HKITPC would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ extensive experience in mobile apps development in native and hybrid apps approach. Hands-on experience with Objective-C/Swift and Java would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of web services and social APIs (e.g. XML, JSON, RESTful, OAuth, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Familiar with agile development approach.

- High proficiency in English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, lead and periodically update the cyber security organisational change and communication strategy to derive respective initiatives achieving the change and strategy.
- Recognise and assess change management impacts to people, process and technology across groups to derive suitable plan of action and recommend solutions.
- Initiate, plan and program manage cyber security initiatives across groups, both covering technology implementation as well as change programs.
- Manage business change readiness on an ongoing basis as cyber security risks and mitigation measures continue to evolve over time, derive action plans to minimize the risk and to match with the business needs.
- Collaborate and facilitate senior stakeholder engagement across region and including joint ventures where the company may not be a majority shareholder or not have operational control.
- Design, plan and manage delivery of in-depth security training for IT staff and frequent users of systems with sensitive data (e.g. HR data) and/or business critical functions (e.g. industrial control systems).
- Lead and coordinate cyber security programs and culture change efforts across all parts of the company including regions and joint ventures to ensure consistent maturity levels.
- Develop comprehensive measurement tools and matrices to gauge change communications programs’ effectiveness and improve short and long term planning, strategies and tactics.
Job Requirement
- A recognised University degree.
- Experience in organisational and large program change with good track record, ideally in a consulting or large enterprise context.
- Experience in end-to-end experience in change management, having successfully designed and delivered on change plans and then transitioned to Business As Usual (BAU).
- Experience in working on projects with diverse stakeholders and enterprise-level engagement.
- Proven experience in effectively communicating and partnering with C-level and Board executives.
- Well versed in practical application of relevant change management frameworks e.g. ADKAR.
- Relevant program management certifications e.g. PMP.
- Relevant cyber security experience is an added advantage, including relevant certifications e.g. CISM, CISA or CISSP.
- Current memberships with leading Organisational Change Management and Cyber Security groups and associations desirable.
- Excellent influencing, communication, relationship management, as well as leadership and change management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Digitise and optimise existing paper-based and/or manual business processes across the organisation to help reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Lead the investigation of existing business processes and architect how processes can be automated/ digitalised and also identified opportunities to consolidate, optimise and/or eliminate redundant activities.
- Develop automation of steps on the chosen cloud-based workflow platform in conjunction with supporting suppliers.
- Promote the use of online workflows, monitor the adoption of automation/ digitalisation, and educate users on the usage.
- Understand, monitor and administer the new cloud workflow platform and other systems as required.
Job Requirement
- A self-driven individual with strong technical and problem solving capabilities, yet possesses strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement would be an ideal candidate.
- A recognised university degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Business Analyst certification would be an advantage with at least 3 years’ IT experience.
- Strong demonstrated business analysis skills is a must.
- Experience in business process reengineering / streamlining / Business process automation / workflow automation an advantage.
- Experience in cloud solutions (any of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and/or API Management a clear advantage (preferably with experience in any of AgilePoint, SalesForce, K2, ServinceNow, Nintex, or similar).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coach a team to provide support to and drive the continuous improvement for utility retail, CRM applications and Smart Grid initiatives.
- Responsible for overall successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of customer facing initiatives and projects to enhance operation efficiency and uplifting customer services.
- Serve as the primary liaison with key user representatives and owns the on time and within budget delivery for assigned projects at the required level of quality.
