Hong Kong ICT Awards 2022

The Hong Kong ICT Awards 2022 aims at recognising and promoting outstanding information and communications technology (ICT) inventions and applications, thereby encouraging innovation and excellence among Hong Kong's ICT talent and enterprises in their constant pursuit of creative and better solutions to meet business and social needs.

Acting Financial Secretary, Mr Michael Wong, said at the presentation ceremony that the Hong Kong ICT Awards has served as a perfect platform on which local ICT (information and communications technology) innovators can make themselves known to the industry and gain greater exposure to the Mainland and overseas markets. He also pointed out that innovation and technology (I&T) provides strong impetus for economic growth, and the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau will soon promulgate the Hong Kong I&T Development Blueprint to chart Hong Kong's way towards an international I&T centre. He looks forward to working hand-in-hand with all members of the industry and the community at large to press ahead with this important mission.
