Travel Industry (Phase I)

The purpose of this project was to gauge the level of IT adoption particularly for the SMEs travel agents, and to explore any themes and directors for the future betterment. The project aims were :

To provide consultancy sessions for SME travel agents to gauge their e-readiness level and address their immediate needs;
To revamp the website of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TICHK) (http://www.tichk.org) to ensure timely and interactive communication and information exchange of the trade association with its members and the public;
To arrange seminar for the SME travel agents and deliver booklets to promote awareness of office automation and business issues amidst the paradigm shift of the industry.
