2008/09 IT Training Programme for SMEs in Travel Industry

This project provided training on adopting ICT solutions to 266 practitioners in the SME travel agencies.  The implementation was completed in August 2010.  The training materials are listed below:

1. Marketing through the Internet (Traditional Chinese only);

2. Using CRM and Direct Email Marketing in SME;

3. Managing the contents in your website (Traditional Chinese only); and

4. Help your customers find you – Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
